1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") ak4 Applies to the use of all services on the platform. By registering with ak4 or using the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Using the platform without reading these Terms & Conditions is entirely at the user's own risk. We strongly recommend that every new member read this document in full before registering.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Accounts must be registered in your own name — creating an account on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

Prior to withdrawals or high-value transactions ak4 May request completion of KYC verification, for which one of the following documents may be required:

• Passport
• Birth Registration Certificate (where applicable)

3 Age Verification & Minor Protection

ak4 We take the protection of minors from betting extremely seriously. Any user found to be under 18 will have their account suspended immediately, and all associated transactions may be voided.

We may request identity verification documents at any time. Should you decline to provide them, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account.

If you suspect that a minor in your household is using this platform, please notify our support team immediately.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

• Deposits must be made from your own account only. Funds from third parties will not be accepted.

• If a match is cancelled entirely, the stake will be refunded.
• If a match starts after its scheduled time, bets will generally remain valid — though specific market conditions may vary.
• If a match is abandoned mid-way due to bad weather or technical issues, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the rules of that market.

Odds Changes

Odds in live betting change in real time. Winnings will be calculated based on the odds at the exact moment your bet is confirmed.

ak4 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer carries its own conditions, but the general rules are as follows:

• Every bonus carries a specified betting rollover requirement (typically ranging from 5x to 20x).
• Bets placed with bonus funds must generally have minimum odds of 1.80 or above.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Accounts found to be abusing bonuses or engaging in artificial betting patterns may be suspended.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of the new terms.
